WM Global Foods LLC is excited to share that our first official U.S. trade show appearance was a big success at the Specialty Food Association’s Winter FancyFaire (Winter Fancy Food Show), held January 11–13, 2026 at the San Diego Convention Center.
Across three energetic days, we had incredible conversations with buyers, distributors, and brand partners—driven by one clear message: shoppers want Asian flavors that are authentic, easier to shop, and designed for everyday cooking. That’s exactly what we’re building through our Thailand-made herbs, spices, and modern Thai cooking solutions.

WM Global Foods LLC is a California-based importer and distributor bringing modern Thai food products to the U.S. market. We operate as the U.S. partner of Q Plus Concept Co., Ltd.—a long-established manufacturer of dehydrated herbs, spices, and Thai cooking solutions—so our customers get authentic flavor backed by real production capability, consistent quality, and dependable supply.
